Road Closure affecting the 40 Bus Service – 8th October – 30th October
Morebus has discussed the upcoming roadworks with Dorset Council and Dorset Travel with regard to works and they anticipate the impact to the 40 service will be as follows:
Monday 8th October to Friday 30th October between 09.00 – 16.00 the 40 service in both directions will need to use the A351 Valley Road as opposed to the B3069.
The last morning bus from Swanage able to use the B3069 would be the 07.45 service. The next service through Langton Matravers and Kingston from Swanage would then be the 16.05 in the afternoon.
From Poole the first bus able to travel through Kingston and Langton Matravers would be the 15.35 service.
