Although the deadline for submissions via the online consultation form is midnight today, Monday 13th October, Dorset Council has acknowledged that they have seen the online consultation platform being slower than usual and some people have experienced difficulties submitting their responses.
To ensure no one is prevented from having their say, Dorset Council is directing people to alternative ways to respond, including by email to: planningpolicyconsult@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or in other formats, which can be found here. They have always had these routes available so there’s no change but they are highlighting them due to problems with the online survey.
While the online consultation will close at midnight on 13th October, DC will continue to accept email responses until 31st October.
Please note this extension is for the Local Plan consultation only, not the Local Transport Plan.
